Off with her head!!! Perhaps she should now be called Marie! Legs have more definition, and arms have been positioned. Some more detailling, and some final sanding, and off to the primer spray booth!

With her new head, so she can now look in different directions!
Next group of Outlet horses "in training"....

Never a good idea to have a big lunch when there's work to do...and I guess make-up would have been a good idea today, too...power nap!!

Of course it's hard to get work done...with this ten pound weight on my lap!
Feet now angled like I want them...and oh, yeah-she's a mare now!

The start of the braided tail-hmmmm...a bit too long, I think-I'll trim it down.
I had an idea...instead of the adult huntseat rider-why not do a junior rider...they are so much fun to show, and really different. Of course, my kid resin rider, "Brittany" is made for the ponies in my line, so some customizing is in order. Not a problem, as anyone that has seen me show my own string-I have quite a few custom kids that show for me! Little brats. Here's the beginning of her "transformation"...

Here is the child with her legs lengthened, trimmed down and angled correctly...now for the putty...stay tuned!

This will be my donation to NAN 2010...customized Sinatra resin! It will either be an auction piece or a raffle-the Powers That Be NAN will be the ones deciding, not me! But you'll be able to watch the progress here...and even offer comments or suggestions...I'm still open to colouring-though I do want it to be a paint horse.....
My challenge is to take my new Pebbles scale Western Pleasure resin, "Sinatra", and customize him into a stock Huntseat horse...lots of modifying to both horse and rider! This will be auctioned/raffled as a set, I may even do a hunter obstacle to go with him! This will be the place to watch his progress. I'll get started....

The regular Sinatra piece with a regular huntseat rider...

NAN 2010

Starting the customizing...legs repositioned...rider's arms removed (sounds like a plot-line from Criminal Minds...)

What to do...what to do....mullin' it over to come up with a great, desirable, different piece....

Featured here is "Ghoul Gone Wild" a customized Stone Pebbles Warmblood (notice I kept to the "Zombie" theme!) that is my showhorse for the season...he was Champion Performance horse at his first show, Cure for Cancer, and has two Halter Nan cards. He is not currently for sale-but you "Blog-ittes" will know before anyone else if he comes up for sale...

And thanks, Tiffany, for turning me on to another time-sucking computer endeavor...

Crawlin' out of the cave....

Although I still refuse to list "blogger" on my resume...I am always up for new challenges...and what fun this seems to be! I will update this Blog every Friday, listing new projects, ideas, availability of products, and also notifications of Outlet Site updates! And yes, there will be dog and puppy pictures, too...
